It's nothing new, but let's give this timeless practice of war a 21st century label it deserves.
Most interesting of all about this action of war is how beneficial it is for Putin as oil prices increase and all of Russia's transport routes for its oil exports remain wide open for business.
Once again, Putin pwns POTUS.
