Thematic Tuning

As life progressed, it happened in phases which I consider to be distinct yet integrally and essentially reinforcing for all subsequent phases. Its main eras are 0) thirteen years of growing out of childhood, 1) thirteen years common laboring, 2) one year of phase-one advanced learning, 3) two years of music schooling, 3) two years of skilled laboring, 4) two years of engineer schooling, 5) one year of interning, 6) two years of science and math schooling, 7) twenty years of professional careering, 8) twenty-two years of homesteading phase one which includes twelve years of company ownership and operation, 9) retirement which is ongoing until death, 10) catastrophic disaster recovery which is also ongoing, and 11) up to present time homesteading phase two as retirement life continues at an ideal pace.

Each of the eleven eras of life has been accompanied by theme music. Fore example, while working as a weldor building boat docks on Possum Kingdom Lake, the Allman Brothers provided the music of choice during long commutes to and from that lake-side employment.

My favorite tune at that time: Midnight Rider

It was my favorite work gig, squarely situated between music and engineer schooling eras.
