21st Century Prospects

Having spent thirteen years working as a common laborer, eleven of which included attending college courses part time while working fulltime, I managed to come through it all well enough to be comfortably retired and relatively happy with current results of my life journey, so far. Things were different then, more wild and wooly for young people seeking direction to purpose. Today it feels more dire and dreadful as I examine prospects out there.

There are plenty of common labor job prospects available these days but they don't pay well, especially as cost of living skyrockets for everyone, rich or poor. And if news reports are accurate, a lot of college grads are taking common labor jobs to survive. I'm not sure that's a sign of the times or a sign of education decay. With density of information and access to online college courses so easy to access via the World Wide Web, advanced learning opportunities abound. And with AI assistance applied wisely to the learning process, the sky's the limit for learning almost anything. Smart youngsters will leverage today's tech to their advantage because if they don't then they'll end up seeking work where no one should.

Serving customers buying useless crap they don't really need while relentless age creeps up.

Better to leave the horrid public school system ready to really begin learning using new tech.

In this day and age, it's possible to get ahead of the curve without entering classrooms at all.

It will probably be easier than it was for me doing it all the old fashioned way while working.
