Notable Innovation

Innovations are happening in a lot of places, thanks to the 1% of world population driven to innovate and the 20% striving to bring useful innovations into the hands of others. One that has grabbed my attention is convolutional spectrometry, bringing centimeter-scale, low-cost ($10) sensors of exceptional precision to bear which many of us could very well be leveraging frequently as wearable devices. Imagining ways this will improve all of our lives is intriguing.
