First wintery storm is brewing up north, due to arrive tomorrow night. Right now, winds howling out of that direction are pleasantly balmy here and won't drop below freezing until midnight Sunday. Twenty-four hours later snows are forecast to begin falling, possibly in significant amounts. Ready for it here. Eager for the snows. No precipitation for months now.
The pandemic storm is surging again across the nation as living conditions improve for the virus with arrival of cold, dry air masses descending upon us. Few seem to actually give a damn. Pervasive ignorance and selfishness are brewing up a hellish winter no one will forget.
Except the dead, that is.
