Like any green room in studio or theater, this one is a great place to relax. But the only performance going on is happening right in this green room as plants are wintering over. Not a lot happening last month after bringing everything still growing inside from the cold.
And only a little more growing one month later with plenty of tomato and bell pepper plants still bearing fruit, a starter blueberry bush and asparagus plant, two surviving cherry trees grown from seeds germinated in the refrigerator here, some green onions, a few seed potatoes and several mustang grape vine cuttings as yet to have sprouted any new growth.
Temperature in the green room is swinging from midday 120s to low 40s around dawn. Only another month and a half of winter cold to go before starting new seedlings of all kinds.
